ABOUT THE LAB
The Fabrication Laboratory focuses on using advanced technologies to enhance design processes and productions. The FAB Lab provides a platform for learning and research on computational design and its applications in design and architecture. We provide training courses, exhibitions, seminars, and publications. The FAB Lab is also one of the best equipped digital fabrication labs amongst all the architecture schools in the country. Our facilities include world-class 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines that enable students to experiment with forms and materials, and develop skills in producing advanced and high quality models and prototypes from scaled models. The School of Architecture and Design (SoA+D), KMUTT also provides laboratory specialists to help supervise and maintain our tools and facilities.
