ABOUT THE LAB
The Human Centered Design Lab (HCD) is passionate about the advancement of user experience research practices, promoting an interdisciplinary research culture that brings together diverse areas of interests and inquiry. Our core value rests on the tenants of user empathy, the validation of our learnings, and the sharing of design knowledge. We believe in the importance of integration between user needs, technological feasibility, and business viability, and thus do not restrict ourselves to the parameters of academia. Instead, we draw from technology, media, science, art, and design to help enrich our investigations.

WHY US?
Our usability testing lab is the first of its kind in the country. It is also the biggest usability lab in the world. We provide consultation services for entrepreneurs and startups—with services that specialize in design methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Our lab facilities support technologies including eye tracking, virtual reality, environmental sensors, and electroencephalogram (EEG). We also have an alliance with the Ergonomics Society of Thailand.

We provide workshops and training services on UX research that includes design ethnography and usability testing to fulfill the objectives and purpose of your project
Consulting
We provide research consultation not only in design methodologies, but also in 3D printing, and environmental studies—all of which are aided by scientific tools and equipments.
