Experimenting with interior, exterior, and contexts through critical means of theory and practice.
ABOUT THE LAB
The Spatial Environment and Experimental Design Lab (SEED) is a research unit operated by the Interior Architecture Program under the School of Architecture and Design (SoA+D), KMUTT. The SEED Lab focuses on producing research studies and experimental designs in relation to interior as well as exterior spaces and its surrounding contexts. Derived from concrete research study processes, our results are subject to be applied as design guidelines or developed further for spatial environments—interior and architecture in particular.

WHY US?
The SEED Lab provides a collaborative opportunity to work with a diverse group of academic experts in fields related to interior architecture. Our team consists of lecturers who specialize in architecture, theory, material & interior design, facility management, and urban planning. We produce applicable bodies of research, as well as design solutions, that are relevant for the present, and hopefully as well as the future.
Research
We conduct in-depth research responding to matters related to the spatial environment.
Consulting
We give both practical and experimental consultations to be applied as design guidelines or subjects for further study.
Design Solution
We offer a one-stop service for collaboration, from creating research methodologies to delivering design solutions.
Integrated as Workshop or Class
We integrate academic workshops and classes into our research and design briefs to ensure fresh and creative outputs.
Publication
We publish our research and design works across various national and international academic networks.
